This chair took on a whole new look with a little bit of chevron fabric! I love, love, love it! (and now I'm on the hunt for a chair just like it to make for myself!) :)

Wingback Chair
My first wingback chair slipcover!
I was really excited to try a wingback chair. And even more excited when it all came together as I pictured! The fabric my client bought for this chair was so elegant and went with the design she chose so well! It is going to be in her office, and I can just picture it complimenting her decor!

The plan is to add some "vintage" buttons to the skirt of the chair, similar to how the buttons are on the "inspiration chair". Can't wait to see how it all turns out!
Sectional Couch
Last September I made a run out to Indiana for a day to slipcover a SECTIONAL couch! No - we didn't accomplish this all in one day, but we got a very good start! I cut and pinned up all the pieces and then two others were sewing. My main goal was to get all the pieces measured and cut out (which I did accomplish in one day). I love how this all turned out! We used the fabric's "wrong" side to make the piping, and I love the contrast!

Bench
I used a black leather type fabric to recover this bench. My client had been draping black fabric over this bench and decided to get a custom slipcover. The slipcover helps keep the shape but can give it a totally new look!

Burlap and ribbon striped curtains
Last June I made 14 of the these square burlap table covers for a reception. Contact Mary Schieber from Congerville if you would like to rent them from her! :)
I tried out a square coffee sack pouf. Find this one up at Objects in Eureka or I could make another for you! :) size: 24x24x18 inches
I initially made these curtains with just the off white circle fabric. They were too plain, so we decided to spruce them up with stripes! I love how they turned out! I think the bands add to the look!

Ruffled crib skirt
This crib skirt was made with love for a baby girl coming home from Ethiopia! My coffee table had to be the model for this pic:) Fun fabrics and ruffles all mixed together! How much better can it get?

Slipcover, slipcover, and slipcover!
First up. . .
Kitchen chair slipcovers. I made 2 chair covers, one for each end of the table. It adds so much color and a pop to the room! Tiffany did a great job picking out coordinating fabric. It goes so well with her decor!
Heidi contacted me to do a slipcover for her couch. She wanted to try to piece different fabrics for her slipcover. It turned out really well and is so unique! She added fun pillows later that I never got a picture of, but they really pulled the fabrics together and look great!
Last but not least I recovered this chair and ottoman. They turned out so cute and look great in Michelle's daughter's room they recently redecorated!
